The following rifles are currently used by military forces in the countries listed. Each rifle comes with variants.
Rifle Sizes and Specifications: United States
The M14 was first used in 1957. It is 1,181 mm (46.5 in) in length, and weighs 5.2 kg (11.5 lbs). The barrel length is 559 mm (22 in). The cartridge is 7.62x51mm (.308 in) and the rate of fire is 700–750 rounds/min. The velocity is 850 m/s (2,800 ft/s). The range is 460 m (500 yd).
The M16 weighs 7.8 lbs (3.5 kg) unloaded and 8.79 lb (4.0 kg) when loaded. It is 39.5 in (1,000 mm) long and has a barrel 20 in (508 mm). The rate of fire is 700–950 rounds/min with a velocity of 3,200 ft/s (975 m/s). The range is 550 m or 600 yards.
Rifle Sizes and Specifications: Untied Kingdom
The Diemaco C8 weighs 3.3kg when unloaded and 3.9kg when loaded. It is 100.6 cm (39.5 in) long and has a barrel of 51 cm (20 in). The rate of fire is 700-900 rounds per minute. The velocity is 925 m/s or 3,035 ft/s. The rifle’s range is 400 m.
The M4 Carbine weighs 5.9 lbs (about 2.7 kg). When loaded the weight is 6.9 lbs (3.1 kg). It is 33 in (838 mm) long. If the stock isn’t extended the rifle is 29.8 in (757 mm) long. The barrel is 14.5 in (368 mm). The firing rate is 700-950 rounds every minute. The muzzle velocity is at 2,900 ft/s and is good for up to 300 m or 330 yards.

The T.A.R. 21 weighs 3.27 kg or 7.21 lbs. It is 725 mm (28.5 in) long and has a barrel length of 460 mm (or 18.1 in). The firing rate is 750-900 rounds per minute. The muzzle velocity is 910 m/s. The range is 550 m. There are numerous variants, including the C.T.A.R. 21, the S.T.A.R. 21, M.T.A.R. 21 and the T.C. 21.

The AK 103 weighs 3.5 kg (about 7.5 lbs) and is 943 mm (37.1 in) long. With a folded stock the length is 700 mm or 27.6 in). The barrel length is 415 mm (equal to 16.3 in). The firing rate is 650 rounds per minute with a muzzle velocity of 750 m/s. The range is 500 m.
The rifle sizes and specifications are changing as new variants are always coming out. The newer versions are more powerful and lighter.
