The following motorcycle handlebar dimensions differ due to the manufacturers’ designs. If you’re not sure what size your bike is, check with the manufacturer.

Motorcycle Handlebar Sizes: Harley Davidson Sportster

For the XL883 2002 – 2008 model the handlebar diameter is 1", with a height of 4-1/2 and width of 27". The pullback is 7-1/2" and the center is 4-3/4". For the XL883C 2004 – 2009, the diameter is 1" with a height of 4-1/2" and width of 27". The pullback is 27" and the center 4-3/4".

The handlebar of the XL883R is 1" in diameter with a height of 7" and width of 31". The pullback is 9" and the center is 5-1/2". The XL1200C 1200 Custom handlebar is 1" in diameter, 4-1/2", high and 27" wide. The pullback is 7-1/2" and the center 4-3/4".

Motorcycle Handlebar Sizes: Honda

For the Honda GL1100/1200 Gold Wing 1991 – 2008, the diameter is 7/8". The height is 4" and the width is 26-1/2". The pullback is 9" and the center is 5-1/2". The handlebar of the Honda CB 250 Nighthawk 250 (1991 – 2008) is     7/8". The height is 4" and the width is 26-1/2". The pullback is 9" and the center is 5-1/2".

For the 1994 – 2003 VF 750 C/C2 Magna 750 the diameter is 1". The height is 5-1/2" and the width is 31". The pullback is 10" and the center 6-1/2".

Motorcycle Handlebar Sizes: Kawasaki

For the 2004 – 2009 VN 2000 Vulcan 2000 Classic, the bar diameter is 1”. The height is 8-1/2" and the width 34-1/2". The pullback is 14" and the center is 7-1/2". For the 2006 – 2008 VN 1600 Vulcan 1600 Nomad, the bar diameter is 1" and the height is 8". The width is 34-1/2 and the pullback is 14". The center is 7".

The bar diameter of the 2001 – 2003 ZRX 1200R ZR 1200 A1-A3 is 7/8". The height is 3-1/2" and the width is 27". The pullback is 7-1/2" and the center is 5-1/2". For the 2006 – 2009 VN 900, the bar diameter is 1". The height is 7" and the width is 34". The pullback is 14" and the center is 8".

Motorcycle Handlebar Sizes: Suzuki

For the M109R/RC (2006 – 2009) the diameter is 1-1/4". The width is 33" and the pullback is 8". The center is 8". The bar diameter of the C109 R/RT (2008 – 2009) is 1". The height is 8" with a width of 35". The pullback is 14" and the center is 8".

The bar diameter for the VL 1500 Intruder (1998 – 2004) is 1" with a height of 6-1/2". The width is 32" and the pullback is 13". The center is 8-1/2". For the GSX 650X / F (2008 – 2009) the diameter is 7/8". The height is 3-1/2" and the width is 27-1/2". The pullback is 7-1/2" and the center is 6”.

The motorcycle handlebar sizes will vary with other types of motorcycles. Make sure you choose the one that fits the bike. Remember, specs for the new models are different.
