Biggest BBQ Grill
The world’s biggest BBQ grill weighs 2 tons and is 16 feet long. The device was designed by Jack Henriques of the Bespoke BBQ Company.
Features of the Bespoke Grill
The grill is equipped with hinged panels. This makes it easier to put in additional logs. There are seven distinct coal trays so one can cook seven lambs simultaneously. The device is big enough to cook 500 burgers or 1,000 sausages. To cook here, you need to use 14
bags of coal.
Types and Variants
Many varieties exist, but they are generally divided between gas and charcoal. Both work by applying heat from under the device. The same is true for the world’s biggest BBQ grill.
Gas Grills
These grills are powered by natural gas (NG) or propane (LP). This cooks the food directly or heats the grill. As the grill heats, the heat is transferred to the food, cooking it. Their sizes vary. Compact, portable versions can cook only one or two steaks.
Industrial sizes are big enough to serve hundreds of individuals. These devices are usually designed for NG or LP. But some new models can be used with both.
Most gas grills adhere to the cart grill concept. The grill is connected to the wheeled frame. This contains the fuel tank. The side table and other features are hooked to the wheeled frame. Many new models have an infrared radiant burner the rear of the grill’s enclosure. This provides uniform heating along the burner and cook food better.
Charcoal Grills
These devices use all-natural lump charcoal or charcoal briquets. The burning charcoal is changed into embers that cook the food. Many prefer charcoal briquets because of its heat creation and burn rate. All-natural lump charcoal is preferred by others for its high heat and smoky aroma.
Charcoal grills can be configured in different ways. Some are rectangular, while others are round or square. Some models have lids but others don’t. A venting control may or may not be built in.
Indoor Grills
These are cooking devices that mimic the effects of outdoor grilling. Many styles are available. The most basic is the grill pan. This is a kind of heavy skillet with raised grill lines.
Even if you don’t have the world’s biggest BBQ grill, most of the variants available make it easy to cook not just barbecues, but also sausages and burgers. Either gas or charcoal type will be sufficient for most home grilling activities.
