Meanwhile, a small-sized egg weighs greater than 43 grams or 1.5 ounces. A medium-sized egg has a weight of 50 grams or 1.75 ounces. A large-sized egg has a weight of 57 grams or 2 ounces. In addition, there is also an extra large egg, which weighs more than 64 grams or 2.25 ounces. Finally, the biggest size is referred to as jumbo, each of which measures 71 grams or 2.5 ounces.
