The TomTom XXL 540TM measures 0.9 x 5.2 x 3.5 inches. It weighs only 8 ounces. It sports a 5.0 inch widescreen navigation. The device has map and traffic updates built-in.
By using the incoming traffic info, the XXL 540TM will be able to suggest alternate routes. The device will voice out the turn by turn instructions. It is capable of guiding you in the streets of Mexico, Canada and the US.

Garmin nuvi 265W/265WT
The 265W/265WT has dimensions of 4.8 x 0.8 x 2.9 inches. The device is fitted with turn by turn directions and maps so you can find your way quickly. The GPS navigator size gives it a 4.3 widescreen display. It makes traveling easier with its hands free calling and traffic updates.
Another nice feature of the 265W/265WT is that it is easy to read even in sunlight. Simply touching the screen will bring up addresses and services.
Garmin nuvi 1450LMT
The Garmin nuvi 1450LMT measures 5.3 x 5.3 x 2.6 inches. The 5 inch screen can display 480 x 272 WQVGA pixel resolution. It is fitted with the City Navigator NT data for all the US states. Also included are data for Puerto Rico. The 1450LMT has over five million points of interest. The traffic information is updated constantly as well.
There is also lane assistance built-in. This can come in handy when you are driving in heavy or complex traffic. Other features are a picture viewer, currency/measurement converters and a world travel clock. There are also multiple point routing and EcoRoute fuel efficient routing.
